Bags systems

In order to meet the homologation requirements of test laboratories, the Apicom production range includes systems for cars and motorcycles, Euro III, IV and V (ULEV – SULEV analysis).

Systems used for analyzing low emissions use sophisticated technology which keeps the samples constantly heated, avoiding changes in pressure and temperature (during sampling and bag storage phases) thus eliminating condensation and reduction of oxides contained in the samples.

These systems can be equipped with pre and post catalyst sample extraction lines and with intermediate catalyst analysis as well (if the exhaust system requires this type of analysis); a model analysis can be inserted for improved levels of exhaust testing, meaning that the emissions produced during the various phases of transition, either during acceleration or deceleration, can be calculated as a mass to measure particulate, for cars powered with diesel engine, with heater exchanger, to better comply to current legislation.

The gas analysis systems are digital with an acquisition frequency of 10 Hz.
